Star Breweries

Star Breweries are a micro-brewery in the heart of Norfolk that have now opened a restaurant next door to the brewery.

Canopy UK installed a large island canopy with all the service spline set at the front of the hood, this allowed us to support the front edge of the canopy. The kitchen is all open plan and the customers can’t see the back of the equipment only the chefs, keeping it aesthetically pleasing.

We used a S&P TCBBX2 /450 fan and 450 SPT ducting.
