Canopy and Gantry

Last week our team worked towards supplying a business with a new canopy and hot cupboard gantry.

The workshop team manufactured the canopy and gantry here in Peterborough which included air supply and spotlights and the fitting team headed out to fit it in the restaurant kitchen.

Our team always make sure anything that we have manufatured and fitted works perfectly before being signed off.

As you can see from pictures the kitchen is up and running and gives it a great finish.

When working in a busy kitchen the one thing you need is the space and also the assurance that all your appliances are working correctly.

This canopy takes all the odour and gasses from the cooker up and out through the ducting safely and correctly.
