L Shaped Canopy for Cambridgeshire Pub
The Three Horseshoes is a picturesque, thatched country pub located in the small Villages just 3 miles from Cambridge City Centre.
Voted Cambridgeshire dining pub of the year 2018, the restaurant serves traditional pub grub, fresh fish and Sunday roasts. They are also known for their local real ales and cocktail and large wine list.
We were contacted and asked to manufacture and fit a full system for the pub. As you can see, the system itself was on the larger scale and the canopy itself was in a large L shape.
With the type of cooking that that kitchen was doing, air supply was also needed, and LED recessed lights were added to brighten up what can often be a darker kitchen.
We also provided the pub with a heated gantry and hot cupboard.
The Canopy was manufactured in our workshop, in Peterborough and transported to Madingley where our team of highly qualified workers fitted it along with the ducting outside. Our team enjoyed seeing this canopy come together and enjoyed the challenge of making it to the spec that the customer wanted.
Do you have a kitchen that needs a new canopy? Maybe you are worried about the shape or the space for it. We can manufacture canopies and ducting to any spec. If you would like to speak to one of our knowledgeable team, please feel free to call Canopy UK on 01733 700468
