Replacement canopy for Italian in Downham Market

Last week we visited the beautiful Downham Market in Norfolk to install a new canopy for Naxos restaurant.

Naxos opened in 2018 in Downham Market and their chef, Angelo puts his heart and soul into creating authentic Italian dishes.

They pride themselves on using only fresh produce and locally sourced products including their fresh fish dishes.

We were asked to manufacture and install a new canopy, in order to do this their old canopy needed to come down.

The new canopy was a little more challenging as it needed to be fitted around an old chimney breast, but the team quickly got to work installing the new one. The original ducting remained and didn't need replacing which is sometimes the case with already established businesses.

A new air supply was fitted with the canopy along with new spotlights to light it up.
