Here’s a good example that looks great, this is want can be done with commercial extraction canopies that are going to be in the public view.

The next big thing at the moment, Canopy UK have done a few dark kitchens up and down the country.

This is a great example 3600mm commercial canopy extraction system with air input in the front of the hood with stainless steel wall cladding. The ducting comes out from the top of the canopy through the roof at three points connecting to a 560 spiral on the roof.

This installation was going to be a challenge, the new dishwasher area with all the runout tabling, new condensing hood with new extraction system fan and speed control was the easy part.
