The Cock at Hemingford Grey is one of the Pubs owned and run by Cambs Cuisine, they also own other pubs and restaurants within the Cambridge area such as the Chop House and the Mill Works in Cambridge city centre. Canopy Uk have worked with Cambs Cuisine for many years now. Today the lads were installing a new air supply system into the kitchen.
This few week we are at Lowestoft then up to York with Active Projects working on a Morrisons then back down to London to do a Roxy Leisure in the city centre. Whilst the fitting team are out up and down the country the fabrication team will be working on a food van that will be here at the end of the week amongst building new canopies.
