Specifications and Features
- 2ft (620mm), 3ft (920mm) and 4ft (1220mm) available
- 650°C TP(b) rated PMMA micro-prism diffuser as standard
- Supplied with 4, 6 or 8 quality M6x20mm button head machine screws
- In excess of 500 lux on cooking surface (1.2 meters below)
- Single piece trim made from 2.0mm thick 430 grade stainless steel with (DP1) fine grain satin polished finish matching the majority of UK made canopies
- Rated ambient operating temperature should not exceed 80°C
- Pure white 4000K <CRI80 commercial grade LED PCB (Osram) mounted onto extruded 6030 grade aluminium heatsink for excellent thermal transfer
- Remote high quality constant current power supply (Osram)
- Male/Female ‘push and twist’ connection cables between power supply and LED PCB, and CT101C (3 pins) pre-wired to power supply
- 3mm thick neoprene/EPDM sealing gasket rated at +100°C
- CE and UKCA certified and IP65 rated from the front
- 3M VHB 150°C diffuser bonding tape
- 3 year warranty on parts (subject to conditions)
Important information
- Open end air ventilation holes MUST NOT be obstructed and a suitable air gap between the light and adjacent surfaces must be maintained
- Maximum external canopy hood temperature should not exceed 80°C, to be tested by temperature probe with all equipment running
- DO NOT locate LED unit directly above an excessive heat source, for example chargrill or Salamander grill flue
- LED units must be installed by a qualified electrician and earthed
- Faulty or damaged units to be returned to the distributor immediately, without being installed
- After installation, seal flange with silicone to stop steam ingress
- Failure to comply with these requirements may lead to lamp failure and invalidation of warranty
