This is a lovely village pub in the heart of the Cotswolds. Canopy Uk installed a 3500mm canopy with a 1500mm section over the Combi oven, we installed all the stainless-steel cladding, the fan that was spec’d was a Soler & Palau CVAT 500 Acoustic Kitchen Extract Fan with inverter and prep & cook switch.
