Canopy UK were recently asked to manufacture and fit the extraction system in one of The Lost Estate’s newest attractions.
58th Street takes you back to the 1930s with wild jazz, a 6 course banquet and an outrageous true story of Belle the infamous showgirl.
We fitted a large extraction system and cladding to the kitchen area to allow kitchen fumes and odours to be removed from the kitchen. Due to the built up area around the building certain regulations are in place by the local council to protect neighbours and other businesses.
Odour control can be costly therefore we always advise that you check with your local council as to whether it is required. More often than not, this is something which needs to be included.
All our ducting has been put up through the roof and sits tidily on the top of the building, which complies with all regulations.
