One of our most regular and loyal customers has always been Domino’s, whether its a brand new store or simply a new system going into an older store we are always on hand to help.
This particular Dominos happened to be a new store so a whole new system was needed.
A site survey was carried out to get a good understanding of what the building would need to comply with regulations and a canopy drawn up ready for production.
With all canopies that we manufacture one of the key elements is what is being cooked in the kitchen. Certain types of canopies and filters must be used depending on the type of food that is being cooked.
We added ducting and a louvre grill on the outside of the building to take out the odour.
