In January we took a trip back to Cambridge to visit a patisserie that we had previously done work for, and fit the second phase of the system.

The second phase included adding ESP units to remove and control any odours that were being emitted.
All our ESP units are supplied by purified air and as always they made such as huge benefit to the business and its odour control.

ESP’s have been designed for kitchen extract systems; they have integral sumps to collect the oil, grease and smoke particles filtered out of the exhaust. The units fit in-line with the kitchen ducting and can be configured modularly to cope with extract volumes as required.
