We popped back into a Hotel and Restaurant in Sleaford on Friday to have a look at their function kitchen that we will be starting in April.
We took a look at the kitchen that we completed back in November last year and normally we would only get pictures back with the canopy and ducting finished and not a fully working kitchen, but the whole job looks fantastic and when the chefs were asked “are you happy with it?” they all agreed they were happy and the system was working perfectly, even when the grille is full of stakes, we have no smoke build up in the kitchen.
