Domestic Kitchen Canopies and hoods all look great in the kitchen showroom with their glass and stainless steel and fancy light, but the problem is often that they’re to loud and don’t have enough power to pull out the odours, so therefore your kitchen still smells two days later.

When asking the salesman what the air flow on that extraction hood will be, he will give you the biggest number on the sheet, usually metres cubed per hour.

There are two main requirements to doing domestic system; make sure it pulls the correct amount of air and that the system is quiet and you only hear air sound through the fan.

This is such a good example of moving the fan to the outside.
