One of our first jobs of 2025 was a canopy replacement for a school in Brixton.
The canopy itself was a 1400 boxed wall canopy with fire rated ducting and control panel.
The canopy was placed in a school kitchen where school dinners are prepared for students and staff. Due to the amount of food that is cooked in the kitchen the extraction had to be safely installed by our fitters and all ducting needed to go through the roof area and outside, removing all odours from the air.
The canopy had been designed and manufactured in our workshop in Peterborough and carefully delivered to the school in Brixton by us.
The filter bank runs the length of the canopy with drain holes at the bottom to allow excess oil to drain away to the single release tap.
All our canopies are made from high quality stainless steel in either 430 or 304 grade with a smooth wipe clean interior, folded and riveted construction with fully welded corners.
This canopy is supplied with fully removable and washable stainless steel baffle grease filters.
Additional options are available such as spotlights to add extra light while you are cooking.
