This installation was for a large Catering Dealer, who had a client that was not only limited for space, but could not put any plant on the exterior of the building, and also had odour constraints.

We advised the client to go with Canopy UKs own design Re-Circulating Canopy & Unit.

In essence the Canopy captures all the odour and grease and passes through the Re-Circulating Unit, this has several levels of filtration and what is then pumped out is warm, clean air.

On this occasion the client chose not to have this warm air put back into the kitchen so we added a duct run which terminated in a Louvre Shutter on the external wall.

This option pleased the client greatly, and satisfied the local Council & EHO.
